Like any town,  each of Moscow’s neighborhoods have their own personality defined by the age of the homes, style, or desirable traits such as close to downtown or views of Moscow Mountain or the Palouse. Trying to capture the feel of each neighborhood is never a perfect thing, especially in a small town where we don’t much think in terms of this or that neighborhood. Each new division is small, sometimes encompassing only two streets. But we real estates agents do pay attention, so I broke down the neighborhoods based on factors that people often prize: proximity, views, new(er) construction.
