There are many agents and brokers who will happily drone on about how they are the best– how well they know Moscow, the real estate market, good negotiation tactics, knowledge of various skilled professionals and contractors, and more, but in my opinion, that is something ALL real estate agents should offer their customers and clients.

The reason, I continue to seek further training is, it improves my skill set which benefits my clients. Further proof of this is that I was awarded the International Sterling Award in 2018.

From a lifetime of work involving technology of various sorts, I have a working knowledge of technology (I personally built this website- case in point) that I put to use in expanding my marketing plan on the internet beyond just listing on the MLS and my broker’s website. Studies show that 97% of buyers use the internet to find a home to buy, so that is where I spend the most of my marketing network and campaign dollars for my clients’ homes.

The third reason is significant to my business model which requires telling you about my first home buying experience as it has molded my customer service aspect of my business. My husband and I chose a Buyers Agent because she was the top agent in her large office. She definitely deserved a gold star next to most of the above points I gave in the first paragraph, but she lacked in one way that stayed with us. Once she had us under contract to buy a home, she disappeared. We’d call her about a concern, and weeks passed without a response. We still needed her help, but she was no where to be found. Knowing how much is involved beyond getting the purchase agreement signed, I am even more disappointed in her now.

Key here is I will be there for my clients, even after deal is closed. You will find the process to be smoother with me, as I will aim to field as many curve balls in advance as possible. You can call me, text me, email me and I will reply, most often, the same day. My goal is NOT to generate as much business as possible for myself so that my clients find it challenging to reach me or they end up communicating with some assistant.

My biggest motivation is whenever I see clients around town, they are happy to see me and want to catch up because seeing me brings back good memories of their real estate experience, that I made the journey the smoothest possible, from beginning to end. That is why I am an agent.
